  • Mr. Shraiberg is the major shareholder of Esprit Homes, Ltd.  Mr. Shraiberg has been involved in the development of approximately 20,000 apartment units since 1971.  Mr. Shraiberg was a member of the National Association of Housing Management’s National Advisory Council representing Region VIII, and was a member of the Governor's Task Force on Housing for the State of Colorado.  He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Equitable Bank of Littleton and a Director of Equitable Bankshares of Colorado, a public company; both these banks were sold in 1994.  Mr. Shraiberg was on the Board of Guaranty Bank and Trust and Guaranty Corporation, and he was on the Holding Company Board of Centennial Bank Holding, Inc., a public company, and is currently on the board of Collegiate Peaks Bank.   Mr. Shraiberg was on the Board of Trustees of Whittier College.  He has been a member of various other non-profit boards over the past several years including the Salvation Army and the Latin American Educational Foundation.  Mr. Shraiberg was on the Board of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation and the Advisory Board of Second City Capital, an equity venture fund.  He was one of the founders City Office REIT, a publicly traded REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange.  Mr. Shraiberg is involved in various other industries.  Mr. Shraiberg graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS degree in Finance.

  • As one of the founders and principals of Esprit Homes, Ltd., Mr. Blum has been a major Colorado homebuilder since 1989, a licensed certified public accountant, and was previously with the national accounting firm of J.K. Lasser & Co. in Denver, Colorado. He received J.D. and L.L.M. degrees from the University of Denver. Mr. Blum has been a member of the board of directors of several Colorado banks. Mr. Blum is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, has served on the board of directors of various non-profit organizations, and has spoken at conferences sponsored by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and other governmental agencies. Mr. Blum was on the Planning Commission for Cherry Hills Village and served eight years on the City Council for Cherry Hills Village, CO.

  • Mr. Hines develops premier properties specializing in assisted living and affordable housing.  He has operated and overseen all facets of a $25 million joint venture program specializing in revitalizing, rehabbing, and new construction projects in Colorado, Arizona, California, Texas, Minnesota, Oregon, and Kansas City.  Prior to joining Urban, Inc. Chris worked for 10 years as a Finance Project Manager for Sprint communications working in internal audit and cost recovery.  Chris added Project Management professional (“PMP”) to his title in 2008 from the Project Management Institute.  He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.  Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2000.

  • Mr. Shraiberg has 20 years of management of single-family and multi-family construction experience, including new construction and re-models.  Mr. Shraiberg has built up relationships with city officials and contractors throughout the years.  Mr. Shraiberg has a business degree from Whittier College and a graduate degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.  He founded Fundamental Youth Sports in 2021 a multisport youth sports camp, teaching youth the importance of multi sports.
